Delivery and Refunds
UK Delivery:
Unframed prints: We aim to dispatch your order within 3-4 days. However occasionally an item may be temporally out of stock, or the artist may need time to schedule the drawing of a remarque sketch. Prints are normally dispatched by recorded delivery, packed in strong cardboard tubes. Standard cost of delivery of one or more unframed prints in an order is £7.50.
Framed prints: Framing is generally carried out to order. please allow at least 7 days to receive your framed picture. However, if you have a shorter deadline, please make contact by email or telephone and we will do our best to deliver the framed picture within your schedule.
Overseas Delivery
We regularly send artworks to the USA, Australia, Japan and many other countries using Royal Mail International signed-for service, which is very reliable and takes up to 10 to 14 days to arrive. Occasionally the US Postal Service can take up to 3 weeks to deliver. The prints / canvases are rolled in acid-free tissue paper, then put in a strong cardboard tube. If you prefer a faster delivery service using UPS / Fedex / DHL courier, please email at time of order. Shipping of framed items is always by courier, not post.
Refunds / Exchange
In the unlikely event that any print purchased from Art Marine is not in perfect condition when delivered to you, please notify us in writing within three days of delivery and return it to us within fourteen days of delivery. We will then replace the item and refund your cost of postage. If upon receipt of a print purchased from Art Marine you wish to exchange it, you may return it in perfect condition within seven days of delivery, together with notification of your alternative selection of at least the original value. We will then dispatch your alternative selection and if appropriate charge any difference in cost to your card. Original paintings are not returnable except in case of damage in transit.

We guarantee that neither your email address nor any other contact details you provide will be sold or passed on to any other organisation or individual.
