We’d love to do a cookbook someday! I hear you about the lack of internet access. I’m known to take screenshots of things so I at least have something on my phone if there’s no service.

Literally cannot get any internet access at like more than 67% of the campsites we go to (also operating on limited access to power). Love the stuff but can’t get it in a pinch, the moment it is sometimes most direly needed. (Yeah: prep, print out, etc. – good luck – some of us are out here adhdamping)
